The big night has arrived!

"The X Factor" final three will compete for the last time tonight (Dec. 18) during part one of the Season 3 finale airing at 8 p.m. EST on Fox. Jeff Gutt, Carlito Olivero and Alex & Sierra are set to perform for viewer's votes, which will determine the winner tomorrow night (Dec. 19).

But what does host Mario Lopez think about the finalists? Well, he has a favorite (although he won't tell us who it is). Lopez chatted with The Huffington Post while promoting his partnership with Avocados From Mexico and revealed that the competitors all bring something unique to the table.

"I have a favorite, but I probably shouldn’t talk about it considering I’m the host of the show. I’m neutral," he laughed, adding that he thinks Gutt, Olivero and Alex & Sierra are "all great."

"They’re all different," he said. "You have the rocker with Jeff Gutt and sort of like the Latino Chris Brown with Carlito Olivero, which is great, and then the modern day, very cool, Sonny & Cher with Alex & Sierra, who I think are great. This is what the show is all about."

As for their mentors, Simon Cowell could take home his second title if Alex & Sierra win the competition. (He won alongside Melanie Amaro in Season 1). Kelly Rowland is coach to Gutt and Paulina Rubio mentors Olivero. Sadly, Demi Lovato was knocked out of the race when her final contestants Rion Paige and Ellona Santiago were voted off the show on Dec. 5.
