Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick anticipates starting for an NFL team next season.

If it doesn't work out, he's prepared to back up Nick Foles next season.

Vick, 33, was the starter before injuring his hamstring and Foles taking off as the new starter.

"I don't worry about it," Vick told Philadelphia reporters. "My skill set is still there, my arm is still there, my legs are still there, I'm still a playmaker, that's evident. I think at some point I'll be playing somewhere."

Vick passed for five touchdowns and three interceptions in seven games, finishing with 1,215 yards, also rushing for 306 yards and two touchdowns.

Foles passed for 2,891 yards and 27 touchdowns with just two interceptions.

As for the backup option, Vick said: "It all depends what happens, where I'm at in my career. Never rule it out. But I'm not thinking of that right now. I'm not thinking about the future. I'm just thinking about doing whatever I can to help this team win a Super Bowl."
