How does celebrity fitness trainer Joel Harper burn calories without going to the gym? His simple answer might surprise you!
According to Joel, it's all about repetition, using light free weights, and the magic number 100. "I’m big on doing 100 in a row, whatever it is," says Joel. Whether you are working out your arms, legs or back, do 100 repetitions of each exercise using light weights.
"It's a great way to get your heart rate up... and it burns calories very quickly," he said.
