It's a new year filled with new beginnings for Kelly Osbourne.
The "Fashion Police" co-host has decided to end her engagement with fiancé Matthew Mosshart, her rep tells People.
"Kelly and Matthew have decided to end their engagement. The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another," the rep says in a statement.
"Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."
Osbourne, 29, met vegan chef Mosshart in the summer of 2011 at Kate Moss' wedding. The pair stepped out as a couple that December and confirmed their engagement in July 2013 after a romantic Anguilla proposal.
Although she hasn't spoken about the breakup, Osbourne took to Twitter on Wednesday (Jan. 8) to share a life lesson:
its all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!
