Lena Dunham's Golden Globes Dress 2014 Is... Bright (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Lena Dunham's Golden Globes Is Literally Glowing (Like, Phosphorescent)

Sure, Lena Dunham doesn't always pick the best red carpet dresses. (See: last year's Golden Globes.) But the "Girls" star has earned serious love from the fashion world as of late, hanging with Anna Wintour, working designer gear into her on-screen wardrobe, partying with industry insiders at the "Girls" premiere and even (if you believe rumors) landing an upcoming Vogue cover.

So at Sunday's Golden Globes, we held our breath... then let it out in a sigh of relief. While the vivid yellow of Lena's strapless Zac Posen was a little harsh on the eyes, the strapless bodice was more flattering than most Lena's worn, and her tousled hair and light makeup were nice complements to the bold dress.

Check it out -- do you think this is one of Lena's best looks?
