Want proof that Chicago truly is "The City That Works?"

Windy Citizens can now track the city's progress in patching its wide-spread pothole problem thanks to the newly-debuted Pothole Tracker.

Though the tracker lacks more creative icons (unlike the city's weirdly mesmerizing Plow Tracker) for the problematic holes, the site shows potholes the Department of Transportation has patched in the last seven days (based on the corresponding 311 service requests).

The pothole tracker debuted a week after Mayor Rahm Emanuel said crews would be working seven days a week until spring to fill potholes around the city. Crews fixed more than 625,000 potholes around the city last year, according to Fox Chicago.
