"A little bit of caffeine and coffee at well-timed moments during the day can keep energy up," said Ellie. She recommends having no more than two cups a day, and drinking these cups before noon.
"If you drink it too much, it can mess with your adrenal system, nutrient absorption and sleep patterns," she warned us. Also, Ellie recommends eating at regular intervals during the day and drinking water instead of coffee, as fatigue sometimes stems form dehydration.
