Colbert Thrilled To Learn That 'Mars Has Donuts'

Posted: Updated:

Calling it "the greatest discovery since Galileo found the Milky Way," Colbert was thrilled to learn that scientists have discovered a jelly donut-shaped object on Mars.

"Mars has donuts!" Colbert declared before hypothesizing about the origin of the mysterious object. Is it an alien? Could it be that all donuts have been aliens this entire time? Could it?!?!

As Colbert says, maybes scientists should "Call off the search for water and start looking for a lake of Coolatta."
