With the exception of Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, it seemed that just about everyone following the Grammy Awards on Twitter was mad that Macklemore and Ryan Lewis swept the rap categories.

Amid the negative reaction to the Seattle duo's wins, the relentlessly upbeat Seahawks head coach tweeted out his congratulations.

A week earlier, the roles had been reversed, with Macklemore supporting Carroll's team in the NFC Championship Game. Based on this video posted to Instragram, Macklemore had a pretty good view of the decisive play that sealed the Seahawks' spot in Super Bowl XLVIII.
