A California man who thought he scored a hot date claims that his sexual encounter was secretly filmed.
Police in Burbank say that Erica Beck, 26, and her husband, Curtis Beck, 40, set up a meeting online with their unsuspecting victim, who planned to meet with Erica for casual sex, NBC Los Angeles reports.
The victim told investigators that the sex did happen and it was... consensual, but being caught on camera by Curtis was not.
"He had been videotaped during this consensual encounter without his knowledge and without his permission," said Sgt. Darin Ryburn of the Burbank Police Department, according to KABC.
Authorities say the 37-year-old man, who reported the incident in December, may not be the Becks' only caught-on-camera victim. Police released photographs of the suspects to support their search for additional victims of "surreptitious videotaping."
In their online ads, Erica Beck goes by “Joy” and male Curtis Beck goes by “Jim,” according to police.
