Katy Perry has spent January serving as the guest curator for Madonna's Art for Freedom initiative, and now the duo is showcasing the third in a series of PSAs from the movement called (We Are) #GayPropaganda. "The Peace Sign," along with the two previous videos, aims to shed light on LGBT struggles in Russia days before the Sochi Olympics kick off.

Art for Freedom is a global project that intends to promote freedom of expression. The endeavor encourages fans to submit art projects that represent free speech. Madonna's guest judges are tasked with parsing through submissions on the project's website. Together, Madonna and Perry will select one entry at the end of the month whose "creative expression demonstrates a unique view of the fight for human rights." The winner will receive a $10,000 grant for the nonprofit of his or her choice. Watch "The Peace Sign" below.
