McDonald's Super Bowl Commercial Brings More Comedic Voice-Overs To The NFL

This Is What The NFL Sounds Like On Helium

McDonald's is determined to permanently impress upon us what elite NFL players would sound like if they inhaled helium all day.

The fast food giant graced us with an installment of its comedic voice-over series on Sunday, again taking the voices of Colin Kaepernick, Jim Harbaugh, and Joe Flacco to new heights, pitch-wise that is. The squeeky athletes had their real voices overlaid with some cheeky commentary, often centered around fries and burgers.

Don't be surprised if you see Russell Wilson and Peyton Manning this time next year in the newest version of this gimmick.

As the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks battle for the right to lift the Lombardi Trophy, Super Bowl advertisers compete for another prize: your attention. Each time that FOX cuts away from Super Bowl XLVIII to pay the bills, another group of blockbuster commercials and movie trailers was unveiled (although many had been teased or released in advance). Take a look around your Super Bowl party. Are people paying closer attention during the game or the commercial breaks?
