We've all had those almighty aha moments when the realization strikes that we can become more than what we are.

Passionate career woman and mother of two Dorothy Czylyski remembers her moment well. Now vice president of client services at SCRIPT, Czylyski told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani about the week that she returned from maternity leave and everything changed for her.

"I'm sitting at my desk and I had this hard-to-explain, almost this feeling of dread," she said. "I almost felt like, is this the first day of the rest of my life? I'm 30 years old at the time and I'm thinking, am I going to be doing this for another 30 years?”

Coming to terms with that feeling was a turning point for Czylyski, and afterwards she took her career into her own hands.

“I got up the courage, I went to my boss and expressed my feelings to her," Czylyski said. "She said she'd work with me to try to find another position that would continue to help me grow."

For Czylyski, turning her aha into action resulted in the happy ending she wanted: "Now I have a career I am passionate about."
