Sharon Osbourne Hits Justin Bieber: If He Made Great Music, He'd Have A 'License To Misbehave'

Sharon Osbourne dropped by "Chelsea Lately" and chimed in on Justin Bieber's recent antics. She managed her husband's career for years, and Ozzy Osbourne spent many of them as a young miscreant himself. So what was her take on the pop star's recent behavior?

"If I seriously managed him, I would put him in the studio until he came out with a great album," she said. "It gives you a license to misbehave.” She also said that he would have to go the hospital to get her foot out of his ass.

According to Osbourne, Bieber's problem is that he hasn't made any music that will stand the test of time -- it's all "floppy, poppy and disposable." Until he makes great music, we can't let his behavior slide.
