The stars who topped this week's best beauty list were wearing the always-popular smokey eye. But it was the confidence they exuded that really made their smoldering gazes catch our attention.
Rita Ora sported emerald green eyeshadow that popped against her blonde locks, and we've never seen navy rimmed-lids as stunning as that of Léa Seydoux's. And Cara Delevingne got glam with hazy brown eye makeup that complemented her bold brows.

Rita redeemed herself after landing on our worst beauty list last week with her tousled blonde locks, green smokey eye and nude lips. We love how she added a touch of glimmer to the inner corners of her eyes with gold shadow.

If blue is the warmest color, then navy must be the sexiest shade. The French actress channels old Hollywood with her retro waves, smokey eyes, rosy cheeks and pale pink lips. Perfection!

Cara may be known for her tomboy style, but the girl sure does clean up nice. Her side-swept waves, bold brows, brown eyeshadow and beige lipstick make for a effortlessly beautiful look.

Our crush on this Bond girl just keeps getting stronger and stronger every time she steps out rocking a sleek and easy hairstyle and that glossy pout.
BEST: Xinyuan Zhang
Between the Chinese actress' slick hairdo, her luminous complexion and that matchy-matchy burnt orange lipstick, w can't decide what we love most.
WORST: Lily Collins
Considering boyish brows are having a major moment, we're going to give Lily's bushy eyebrows a pass. But the starlet's unkempt hair and dark red lipstick does nothing for her gorgeous features.
WORST: Noomi Rapace
Noomi's grayish-blue tinged hair is super cool, but the face powder that looks like it wasn't blended well is super bad.
WORST: Molly Sims
We're huge supporters of taking hair risks, but Molly's transformation from a blonde to a redhead leaves us scratching our heads. The brassy hair color makes her look like she has a really awful sunburn.
WORST: Lily Allen
Sure, the singer was on the outrageous Brit Awards red carpet, but that is absolutely no excuse for this dip-dye ponytail disaster. And matching her eye makeup to the two tones looks childish.
WORST: Jessie J
We prefer to accentuate the positive whenever possible, but there really isn't anything nice to say about Jessie J's mermaid black wig, muddled bronzer and lilac lipstick.
