Openly gay singer-songwriter Eric Himan has released an incredible new track that serves as a response to the recent anti-gay bill passed by the Arizona Senate last Wednesday.

Called "Not Going Anywhere Tonight," the song itself is intended to let Arizona legislators know that the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community is not taking the passage of this legislation lightly and that we will be fighting it every step of the way.

“I couldn't take it,” Himan said in a statement to The Huffington Post. “I had to write this song and put it out there... [This bill] could easily find its way across our country. Let's stop it now and continue our fight for our freedom to live as ordinary citizens with equal rights under the law.”

Check out the song above and head here to purchase and download. All proceeds generated through March 15, 2014 will be donated to H.E.R.O. (Human and Equal Rights Organizers) in Phoenix, AZ.
