'Tough Love,' Queer Web Series, Tackles Struggling To Make It In NYC

Posted: Updated:

"Tough Love" is a hilarious web series that follows the lives of two friends living in New York City's "third-coolest borough": Queens.

With a successful first season under its belt, Steven Bell and Blaire Wendel have returned to portray what it's like to be young, broke, queer and trying to make it in the world's cultural capital. According to Bell, Blaire is "a trainwreck lesbian in denial and Steven is her uptight gay best friend. The characters are based on the real lives of me and my co-star."
