The way our minds are wired, we can't help but notice a woman wearing red lipstick on the street. So, when we spotted Inglot makeup artist Nicole Jenkins' bright red pout, we just had to find out the exact color she was sporting. It turns out she was actually wearing a combination of two Inglot lip shades.
"It's just an orange and a red mixed together. I start with the orange and layer the red on top," explained Jenkins. "It looks more neon than a traditional red."
Isn't it the perfect red lipstick?
