This weekend offers a double dose of everyone's favorite actress/writer/producer, with a new episode of "Girls" and a new "Saturday Night Live" hosted by Lena Dunham.

Dunham sat down with NBC Today to reveal that she's a complete "SNL" fangirl, loves Tina Fey's Blerta "Girls" spoof, and to discuss about how she relates to Hannah. When asked whether she likes her "Girls" characters, Dunham said, "It's funny. I like them, but here's what I always say: Maybe I don't like them, but I love them."

"It's the way that I feel about a lot of my friends, which is they drive me insane," she said. "I often wish they would fall down a mine shaft, but they're the people that I adore." Such a very Hannah thing to say.

Dunham also described herself as "a 105 year old trapped in the body of a 27 year old," when asked how she sees herself in Hannah. "People always say 'How can you like Hannah?' And I'm like, there's no way I could have been playing this character for three and a half years without feeling a lot of love and sympathy for what she's going through," she said.

"Saturday Night Live" airs on Saturday on 11:30 p.m. EST on NBC. "Girls" airs on Sunday at 10 p.m. EST on HBO.
