Lena Dunham: I Feel Prettier With A Naked Face And ChapStick

Lena Dunham is having a good year so far -- she posed for the cover of Vogue, hosted "SNL" this month, and now she's the cover girl for the April issue of Glamour. And we're not lying when we say we absolutely LOVE this shoot.

Not only does Dunham wear the hell out of intense winged eyeliner and sleek and shiny hair, but we get to see some of her tattoos front and center, which is awesome. Not to mention the Rag & Bone dress that establishes a nice, minimalist theme.

In her Glamour spread, the "Girls" star doled out wisdom regarding women, style and her career. In particular, Dunham talked beauty and the simple pleasures in baring your natural skin. She says:

I feel prettier with a naked face and ChapStick. But a good haircut makes a huge difference.

Well, we agree, Lena's cropped hair is definitely a breath of fresh air, especially in comparison to Hollywood's long hair infatuation, and we definitely dig the no-makeup look.
