Deion Sanders Shows Off His Moves During Daughter's Dance Class (VIDEO)

WATCH: Her Ex-Football Star Dad Is 'So Embarrassing'

Most young girls find their fathers embarrassing at times, but for Shelomi "Bossy" Sanders, it can be even worse when the world knows your dad. The youngest daughter of pro football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, Bossy earned her nickname for being a force of nature in her own right, but when her famous father takes her to dance class on an upcoming episode of "Deion's Family Playbook," she appears apprehensive about what's to come.

As Bossy learns a dance routine from the instructor, Deion chats with another girl's grandmother about his daughter. "She's nervous," he says. "This is unfamiliar territory."

The grandmother interrupts Deion. "You look like an ex-football player," she tells him.

He laughs. "O.J. Simpson?" Deion asks.

The grandmother shakes her head. "Deion Sanders," she responds.

"Everybody tells me that," Deion says with a smile.

Soon, the dance instructor tells the class that they're going to make a soul train line -- and parents are encouraged to join. Bossy immediately covers her face as Deion jumps up to participate. Along with his new grandmotherly friend, Deion shows off some of his moves.

"My dad is so embarrassing," Bossy says. "[But] it's funny when he dances because he can't dance that good."

Deion Sanders' life as a single father caring for his five children (as well as five others living with him) plays out on his new series, "Deion's Family Playbook," each Saturday at 10 p.m. ET on OWN.
