Want to live like a rock star? Now you can, if you have $2.5 million to spare and are into Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan's lavish mansion.

According to Rolling Stone, Keenan, 49, had originally listed his four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom house in January for nearly $2.8 million, but has since dropped the price to $2,495,000. The house was built 2000, adds Rolling Stone, and was renovated in 2001 before the rock star moved in.

On the Keller Williams site, on which the property is listed, it is described as "tucked underneath the Hollywood sign" and having a "separate guest house or recording studio space and stand-alone garage." Which is great news for your college alumni air guitar group, "Slashers."

According to the band's site, Tool is currently on tour and is expected to pass through California, Nevada, Texas and Arizona in the next two weeks.
