How Sleep Can Improve Your Life

The Four Stages Of A Good Night's Sleep

Next time someone wishes you sweet dreams, try to internalize it.

Sleep expert and author Kelly Sullivan Walden explained to HuffPost Live's Caitlyn Becker that a good dream can impact a person's whole day and is one of the four vital stages of a good night's sleep.

"The better sleep you get, you'll tend to have better dreams. If you have better dreams, then you, as they say, will wake up on the right side of the bed," she said. "Most of us remember a really good dream and it'll affect our whole day -- it'll affect our performance, it'll affect the way we relate to people, it'll affect the way we feel about ourselves."
