Usher Steals Cierra On 'The Voice' Battle Rounds

Posted: Updated:

Usher made waves on "The Voice" when he used his last steal to pick up Cierra.

Cierra and Emily were pitted against each other for Shakira's team in the battle rounds and because Usher still had one steal to use, it was clear both would be safe. Shakira chose Emily as the winner, but Usher waited until the very last second to steal Cierra back for his team. “God blessed you with an incredible talent,” Usher said to her.

The March 25 episode marked the end of the battle rounds, and we'll soon see Chris Martin as the show's round two mentor.

"The Voice" airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on NBC.
