After giving a underwhelming performance during last year’s Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, Conn., which eventually resulted in the comedian being heckled off the stage, comedian Dave Chappelle will attempt to redeem the dreadful act with his forthcoming June 19 headlining gig at New York’s Radio City Music Hall.

According to the venue’s website, the gig will mark Chappelle’s first time performing his own show at Radio City, and first time in over 10 years that he has taken the stage in the Big Apple for a headlining gig.

Since reappearing on the Comedy circuit last summer at Montreal’s “Just For Laughs” festival where he broke the event’s 31-year record of most tickets sold, the 40-year-old has also managed to embark on his 2014 sold out Australian international tour.

Tickets for Dave Chappelle’s Radio City Music Hall show go on sale this Friday April 4.
