Pablo Schreiber Returns To 'Law & Order: SVU,' It Looks Really Bad For Benson

Posted: Updated:

After a short break, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" returns with an all new episode this week, but the latest promo trailer teases next week's big episode.

The last time we saw Pablo Schreiber's character William Lewis, Olivia Benson's kidnapper and attacker, he was behind prison bars. But don't forget that "SVU" teased his possible return at the end of "Psycho/Therapist" when Lewis was rushed out of prison following a seizure, which he clearly faked.

The new promo for "SVU" shows glimpses of "Beast's Obsession," which airs Wednesday, April 9. Lewis escapes from prison to continue terrorizing Benson, handcuffing her at gun point and taunting her with flashbacks of the attack. Honestly, if anything happens to Benson this season we're going to lose it.

Get ready for another emotionally traumatizing "SVU," and to hate (but really love) Schreiber even more.

"Law & Order: SVU" airs Wednesday at 9 p.m. EDT on NBC.
