How Aging Actually Improves Your Sex Life

Many dread the entrance into their senior years, fearing that it will mark the end of a bountiful sex life. Joan Price, author of 'Naked At Our Age' joined HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy Tehrani to discuss how the gaining of years can actually enhance our sexuality.

"Seventy is nothing like what I expected. I never could've imagined the full life -- the full physical activity, the full mental activity, the sexual activity -- that is possible to experience at this age," Price said. "Who knew?"

"Is it the same as sex when we were twenty?" she continued, "No. Not whatsoever -- we don't have that same biological urge. The hormones are not driving our sexuality."

"So that's not a bad thing because what is driving our sexuality is something totally different. It's the desire for pleasure, for bonding, for intimacy, for excitement, for arousal."
