One Ariz. single mom got the gift of a lifetime recently: the keys to a new home -- courtesy of Habitat For Humanity -- and one heck of a housewarming gift from former NFL player Warrick Dunn.

Sieanna Castillo and her 8-year-old son, Abrahm, arrived at the new house Tuesday and were welcomed by a dozen people from local charities who turned up to congratulate her, 3TV News reports. Among them? Warrick Dunn, a former Atlanta Falcon NFL running back who runs a charity that helps single parents fulfill their dreams of first-time home ownership.

According to 3TV News, Dunn partnered with Aaron’s furniture to furnish the home completely: He even stocked the pantry and left a $5,000 check to help Castillo with her mortgage payments. (Best. Housewarming. Gift. Ever.)

Watch the video for more on this heartwarming story and Dunn's charity efforts.
