Kandi Burruss is officially a married woman!
The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star and her fiance Todd Tucker tied the knot on April 4 and have shared their wedding photos exclusively with In Touch.
“The whole thing was like a fairy tale!' Burruss tells the magazine of her nuptials, which took place at Atlanta’s Le Fais Do-Do event facility in front of 300 guests. The 37-year-old singer-songwriter wore a custom $20,000 Reco Chapple gown with a 12-foot train as she made her way down the aisle.
“I didn’t know if I was going to be able to pull this all together,” she admits of the lavish affair to In Touch, revealing that she organized the entire ceremony in just a month. “I couldn’t wait around hoping things would get better. I just had to do it and hope for the best.”
Her bridesmaids included matron of honor Tamera Wynn, maid of honor Carmon Cambrice, rapper T.I.’s wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris, Fantasia Barrino, "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Rasheeda Frost, and "RHOA's" Phaedra Parks and Joyce Dallas. The entire wedding party wore white.
As for her mama drama, Burruss' mom Joyce, who called Tucker “an opportunist” in the past and accused him of cheating after he and Kandi got engaged in January 2013, attended the wedding -- and was reportedly on her best behavior. Joyce confesses to In Touch, “Time will tell if Todd gets my blessing, but if Kandi’s happy, then I need to be happy for her.”
