Don't you hate it when you're sitting around your room, you spot the tastiest-looking calendar, and then you take a big bite only to discover that it tastes like (gasp) a calendar?

Well, one Japanese game show has finally come up with a solution to let you eat all the delicious calendars you want. The show features contestants eating sokkuri sweets, which are candy made to look like something else. Traditionally, the sweets are made to look like other food, but this show takes it to the next level by making the sweets look like everyday household objects. And the only way tell a sweet from a shoe is to give it a taste.

What magic is this?

The show featured members of boy band Tokio and other Japanese celebrities taking a bite of an object and looking at the camera to show their reaction. You'll never look at calendars the same way again.
