The New York Times accidentally just fired and then rehired Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein all in one week.

The newspaper issued a correction on Wednesday after incorrectly referring to Blankfein as the "former" chief executive of Goldman Sachs in an article Monday.
