BD Wong Will Return To 'Law & Order: SVU' For An Episode This Season

Guess Who's Back On 'SVU'!

BD Wong is back!

Dr. George Huang, the most underrated/everyone's true favorite "Law & Order: SVU" character, is returning to the series for one episode this season. According to TV Guide, "Huang will appear in the penultimate episode, Thought Criminal," to do a psych evaluation on a suspect being tried for attempted kidnapping and the rape of a child. It must be a pretty serious episode if they're bringing Huang back to New York all the way from Oklahoma City.

At the end of Season 12, Wong left "SVU," but has returned for some guest appearances since. If anything, we hope Huang will provide some support for Benson, who could really use a shoulder to cry on after the last episode. He'd be a way better therapist than her current guy anyway.

Get ready for some comforting, intelligent psychoanalysis, but don't expect to see a sweater-wrapped Huang. Wong tweeted a photo from the "SVU" set on Thursday, April 17, and it looks like his cute little sweaters are a thing of that past (so sad).

"Law & Order: SVU" returns Wednesday, April 30, at 9 p.m. EDT on NBC.
