After fouling out in the final minute of the Clippers' Game 1 loss on Saturday, Blake Griffin ended up spilling water all over a Warriors fan right behind the scorer's table.
The four-time All-Star threw his hands up in frustration as he watched the replay of his sixth foul on the jumbotron at the Staples Center. Unfortunately for the Golden State fan standing behind him, Griffin happened to be holding a cup of water. Splash!
"Well I heard him say something, but I didn't know exactly what I did. It wasn't full though," Griffin told reporters when asked about the fan. "So I took my mouthpiece out and I picked up the cup. But if I did I apologize... Water, you know."
The Warriors fan told Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports that he didn't think Griffin intentionally dumped water on him.
Warriors fan Will Meldman of SF says he didn't think Blake Griffin purposely threw cup of water on him after fouling out. Kept cup, towel
