Eliot Spitzer will pay out big time in his divorce from ex-wife Silda.

According to legal docs obtained by Radar Online and reviewed by The Huffington Post, the former governor of New York will fork over $7.5 million to his ex after taxes as part of a postnuptial agreement.

Silda will also keep the family's Fifth Avenue home, her living expenses will be taken care of (including health care and a housekeeper), and she'll receive up to $100,000 per year to donate to charity.

Additionally, the former governor will pay her $240,000 annually in spousal maintenance for the rest of her life or until she remarries.

Silda Wall Spitzer famously stood by her husband's side in 2008 when he resigned as governor after admitting he patronized a high-priced prostitution ring.

The pair filed for divorce in January 2014. The former couple, who met at Harvard and married in 1987, have three grown daughters together: Elyssa, Sarabeth, and Jenna.
