Kevin Spacey + Explosions = This New 'Call Of Duty' Trailer

Activision has released the trailer for the latest installment in the "Call of Duty" franchise a few days earlier than expected.

The trailer for "Advanced Warfare," which features Kevin Spacey as the main antagonist, was set to be released on May 4, but it was revealed Friday after information about the game leaked on gaming news site Destructoid.

The game, set slightly in the future, will center around Private Military Contractors (PMCs) -- which are basically tiny armies that will fight for the highest bidder -- and the questionable ethics that surround buying someone's loyalty, the Guardian notes.

Activision, working with Vice, posted its documentary that looks more deeply at PMCs and their role in modern military to the "Call of Duty" YouTube channel on May 1.

"Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" is set to be released Nov. 4.
