Accidentally hitting a stranger's parked car can be the worst. You have to worry about how the car owner will react, if they'll ask for more money than the damage is worth, if they'll yell and scream.
Conversely, coming back to your parked car and seeing damage can be just as bad. Has the perpetrator left their contact info? Will they cover the damage? Will they be nice?
Prankster Stuart Edge was faced with these questions when he found his car with a small scratch and an apologetic note. The note was so honest though, that Edge knew just how to handle the situation.
