Marion Cotillard And Director James Gray Trade Impressions, Make One Another Uncomfortable

WATCH: Marion Cotillard's Impression Of Her Director Makes Him Squirm

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but Marion Cotillard and director James Gray don't see it that way.

When Gray talked with HuffPost Live's Ricky Camilleri about "The Immigrant," his new film in which Cotillard stars, he and Cotillard each shared their impressions of the other, and they both squirmed at the results.

"He does a very bad impression of me. Oh my god, it's terrible," Cotillard said. "It's really bad. My impression of him is better than his [of me]."

Gray was equally embarrassed when he saw Cotillard doing his voice.

"It's vaguely humiliating, I have to say," he said. "I think it's not accurate, but that's because I'm me. It's probably really accurate, that's the sad truth."
