If you're feeling the pressure to get your mom an absolutely perfect gift for Mother's Day, just be happy you don't need to buy seven of them.
Josh Silverman joined HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani to share the details of his jumbo-sized Mother's Day. Silverman said he has seven amazing women who he plans to celebrate this Sunday: his own two mothers, who are partners, plus a stepmother, two grandmothers and his own wife, who will soon give birth to she and Silverman's second child.
"I had to take a second job to cover all the Mother's Day cards," Silverman joked. "But besides that, we just try to spread the love around and make sure everyone is included."
Growing up around so many maternal figures has worked out perfectly for Silverman, he said.
"Coming from a diverse family, my mothers have really taught me to be compassionate to everyone and accept people for who they are, where they come from, and just take people as they come," he said. "I also learned how to cook."
And Silverman isn't the only one benefitting from all those mothers.
"My daughter and soon-to-be son are going to be spoiled with all these grandmothers, so they're the luckiest kids on Earth," he said.
