Police have issued an arrest warrant for comedian Mike Epps following an alleged assault outside an Atlanta, Georgia comedy club on June 1.

According to reports, the assault victim claims he was attacked by Epps and two other men for making jokes about Epps during an earlier standup routine. He told police that Epps asked him to step outside of the Uptown Comedy Corner to talk. Then, Epps allegedly struck him in the face and kicked him in the stomach and back while one of the other two men threw the victim's cell phone and crushed his prescription glasses.

The victim was treated at Grady Memorial Hospital for his bruises and lacerations.

Epps was also accused of assaulting a woman at a movie premiere party in April, but TMZ reports that the charges against Epps have since been dropped.
