A Dock Collapsed During A Wedding Photo Shoot...Again

Posted: Updated:

A bride and groom made quite the splash when a dock collapsed during their pre-wedding photo shoot in Crosslake, Minn. on Saturday.

The couple, Jackie and Dan Anderson, was posing for pictures alongside their 20-person (!!) wedding party when the dock gave out and left them and most of their attendants soaked in waist-high water.

The Andersons were remarkably cool about the whole thing, according to videographer Megan Fritze.

“Jackie looked up, all smiles, from the water and asked if I got it on video," Fritze wrote on the Fox 9 Facebook page. "Great day to be around really amazing people.”

In spite of the incident, the wedding started just 10 minutes late.

If this story sounds familiar to you, it's because it's happened before (Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C). Maybe we can avoid less-than-sturdy docks and massive wedding parties? Just an idea.
