There are few things that make us stop and stare on the streets of New York City, but a hairstyle like no other is definitely one of them. So when we saw Steph Hui in the East Village, we weren't surprised to find out that this hair maven styles other people's tresses besides her own.

"I'm a product freak for my hair," Hui said, telling us about the method behind her creative twist on the traditional half-up, half-down hairdo. Listing Sebastian Craft Clay as one of her go-tos, the hairstylist said, "I use the paste for my sides because it's Asian hair and you have to use it or it just sticks up like crazy. Usually I curl my hair and spray a ton of the products all over."

Hui added, "I change my hair a lot, but I've had this style for a year now... my feelings and emotions always make me change it up."
