University Diverted State Funds Into Its Own Foundations

Columbia, SC (WLTX) - There are questions surrounding where the money came from to give a bonus to South Carolina State University President Thomas Elzey.

News 19 first told you Monday that no state money was being used and that the $50,000 is from the SC State University Advancement Foundation; however, we have now learned that may not be the case.
