Red Carpet 'Prankster' Vitalii Sediuk Apologizes For Stunts

Hollywood 'Prankster' Apologizes For Red Carpet Stunts

The red carpet is slightly safer for Hollywood's biggest celebrities now that so-called "prankster" Vitalii Sediuk claims his "pranking" days are over forever.

"Basically, I'm changing my life," Sediuk told The Hollywood Reporter. "I would like to thank Hollywood for having me this two years and a half. It was an experience that taught me a lot in life. Most importantly, I would like to say sorry for celebrities that had to deal with my stunts and thank them for being tolerant to me all this time."

Over the years Sediuk gained notoriety for his "pranks," which ranged from gross invasions of personal space to outright assault on some of Hollywood's most A-list stars, including Will Smith, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper, America Ferrera and Adele.

Sediuk maintains that his stunts -- one of which included attempting to crawl under Ferrera's dress -- were always meant to be in good fun.

"The motivation behind all my pranks was always positive even when some of them went wrong and were not understood by the public," he told THR. "I came to the decision to move overseas, but there's some part of me that will stay in this city. I know you will not miss me."

And while he's probably right about that, England will now have the pleasure of his company, as the 25-year-old former reporter with Ukraine's 1+1 TV, told THR he's leaving Los Angeles in pursuit of a modeling career in London.
