Already sprouting to a reported 7-foot-1, eighth-grader Connor Vanover could be expected to get his share of rebounds and blocked shots. But as the video from CityLeagueHoopsTV shows, the kid has a surprisingly light touch on his jump shot.
According to The Big Lead, Vanover, from Little Rock, Arkansas, has grown 7 inches in the last nine months.
At least in the height department, Vanover is already ahead of Shawn Bradley, the 7-foot-6 former NBA player who was one of the tallest to ever play in the league. Bradley told InsideHoops.com he was a mere 6 feet 8 inches tall in the eighth grade.
