Kristin Chenoweth took to Twitter this week to address concerns about her health, and to thank fans for their well wishes during her time of need.
Beginning early this week, the star tweeted that she was home in Los Angeles and experiencing some pain and numbness:
She followed up with news that she was waiting on results from an MRI:
Finally, on Wednesday, Aug. 5, Chenoweth tweeted that the source of the issue was a flare up from a previous neck problem, and thanked fans for all their "good vibes":
Chenoweth was badly injured on the set of "The Good Wife" in July 2012, when she was hit on the head by lighting equipment and left with a skull fracture and rib and hip issues. The actress opened up about the experience to Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan of "Live! with Kelly and Michael" later that year:
"When something falls from the sky and onto your head, and you don’t know it’s coming, the good news is, for anyone who dies quickly, they don't know what happened to them," she said. At the time of the interview, in September 2012, Chenoweth still experienced certain after effects of the head injury, and still wore a neck brace from time to time.
Get well soon, Kristin!
