You might say this ring bearer was an absolute hoot. (Sorry, we had to.)
A Redditor posted this picture Sunday with the caption, "So, we had an owl deliver our wedding rings to the altar. Here we all are after the ceremony."

According to the bride, who posted the pic, this is something she and her fiancé really wanted do at their wedding. They contacted a raptor rescue center in Eugene, Ore. that had a trained Eurasian eagle owl named Dmitri who could get the job done.
However, getting an owl to do exactly what you want on your Big Day is easier said than done, as the bride explains:
"We did two run-throughs on the venue grounds with him before the big day ... We had wanted him to fly to the altar, but he wasn't feeling it, haha. So the trainer walked him to the best man who took the rings from a pouch [the owl] had attached to his leg. Kit, Dmitri's trainer, was able to get him to hop up onto my fiancé's arm glove for the photo right after the ceremony and this is the teaser shot we got from our photographer."
Yup, that's pretty badass.
