Could one of our all-time favorite queer musicians one day work with the up-and-coming Sam Smith?

Boy George is slated to appear on FUSE's "Top 20 Countdown" this Tuesday, and this exclusive clip from the episode shows him discussing his thoughts surrounding openly gay singer Sam Smith. After joking about how the Internet is claiming that the two look alike, George opens up about a possible future collaboration between the pair.

"I think he's got a really beautiful voice," George told FUSE about Sam, "and we've actually talked about doing something together -- I met him last year and we talked about maybe writing together or something, which would be great. It would be an amazing thing to do and certainly now I'm much more open to those things."

Smith has recently spoken out about other possible collaborations, claiming that he would be open to working with Chris Brown. Smith also recently came under fire for negative comments about gay men who use gay hookup apps such as Grindr, claiming that this way of meeting other men is "ruining romance."
