This Guilty Dog Is Really Bad At Lying

WATCH: This Guilty Dog IsBad At Lying

If you're ever looking for someone to help you cover up a crime, do not rely on this pup.

When Stephanie Lynn couldn't find her glasses, she decided to check in her backyard, only to find them chewed up with the lenses completely missing. In a video uploaded to YouTube, Lynn asks her dog Rooney if he was the culprit. Let's just say, Rooney needs to work on that poker face.

Watch at the 0:18 mark as Lynn comes toward a very embarrassed Rooney with the broken frames. The pup tries to avoid eye contact and walks in the other direction, unprepared to take full responsibility for his naughty actions.

Rooney, fully aware that he'll crack under the pressure of confrontation, eventually puts himself in a timeout in his dog cage, because anything is better than being caught.

With a guilty face like that, we don't even need evidence. We're 100 percent sure Rooney did it!
