Need A New Spaghetti Recipe?

It's pretty hard not to love spaghetti. This kitchen stalwart had a place in nearly all of our childhoods, even if the idea of "making Italian food" was foreign to our families. There are a few old spaghetti recipes that never get old -- red sauce, meatballs, aglio olio, the inimitable pasta cacio e pepe -- but we wanted to shake up our spaghetti routine a bit and find some other, equally delicious, ways to enjoy this reliable pasta.

When we think about it, spaghetti has kind of always been there for us, hanging out in the cupboard until we needed it. Or being generally willing to tangle itself up in any sauce or mix of ingredients we request. Here's the proof.
