What It Was Like To Film The Iconic 'Goodfellas' Tracking Shot

Extensive tracking shots in entertainment are thought of as great labors, but Ray Liotta says the Copacabana scene from 1990's "Goodfellas" was achieved in just three or four takes. During an interview with HuffPost Live's Ricky Camilleri, the Golden Globe-nominated actor explained that Martin Scorsese and the crew established how the scene would be blocked on the morning of the shoot, and the actual filming of what would become one of cinema's signature long takes was a breeze. In fact, the shoot was so unfussy that, during the first take, Henry Youngman forgot his joke at the end of the scene.
